RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY *
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased directly from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the remainder of the product to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Kindly email our customer support to obtain an Authorization Return Number (ARN Document). The Product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the ARN. Kindly attached a copy of the order receipt with the ARN document.
Multiple unit refunds: Please note that if you purchase multiple units of our product and are not satisfied, we will refund the cost of one opened unit/container and any remaining unopened units/containers. We will not refund the second unit or more opened containers.
All return products must be in their original box when returning.
Please enclose a copy of your order receipt with the ARN document fill out clearly.

Receiving a Refund
The time required for you to receive a refund will depend on the following factors:
